Our Pear, Almond & Honey Tart layers flavor and texture in every bite.
We start with a tender almond sablé crust, fill it with almond frangipane and ripe Bartlett pears, then bake until perfectly golden. It’s finished with silky honey crémeux, a crisp almond wafer, Marcona almonds, diced poached pears, and a drizzle of caramel.

We start with our signature cross-laminated croissant dough, layer in a rich candied citrus & black currant frangipane, then bake it to golden perfection.
