It is very important to remember that adults need vaccines too. Do you know which vaccines you may need? If not, use the CDC's "Adult Vaccine Self-Assessment Tool" to find out which vaccines you may still need. You can then, "take your customized printout to your next medical appointment." Now is the time to talk to your doctor about vaccines you may still need.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the CDC recommend that all, "children ages 6 months and older are vaccinated for influenza for the 2019-2020 season, preferably by the end of October." Make sure you, your child, and your loved ones recieve the annual flu vaccine.
