Most people just try to launch without first seeing the full picture of everything that actually goes into one.
That’s why I created this checklist for you!

1. They don’t wake up in panic mode every morning to determine how they will get it “all” done.
They wake up, check Slack, review movement, send a few thoughts, and know the business is still moving forward.
Even when they have client calls.
Even when they have a full day.
Even when they need space to think.
Because they are no longer carrying every moving piece alone.
2. Their ideas don’t die in voice notes and Google Docs.
The idea gets developed.
The funnel gets mapped.
The backend gets built.
The launch gets organized.
The assets get delegated.
The customer journey gets refined.
The action items keeps moving even while they are busy serving clients and leading their business.

✅ Reviewed launch stats and A/B test results
✅ Reviewed analytics and made homepage edits + CTA direction to my team
✅ Co-created an a/b testing plan for 3 new digital product funnels from freebie, to upsell, to add on vs freebie + bundle
✅ Created a project plan for a course audit and finalized the setup.
✅ Updated launch plan for our client’s masterclass to mini-course funnel
✅ Zapier troubleshooting and Monday dashboard planning.
✅ Project planning for phase two of a website services page.
