Lasagna is the most Italian Holidays dish…
I like to make it following the tradition from cucina Bolognese: 4 meat ragù, bechamel, mozzarella, slow cooked pomodoro sauce and parmigiano reggiano. Obviously in between layers of fresh, handmade pasta sheets!
