Unfortunately we had a little equipment failure this morning. So closing for today, but we'll be open tomorrow with some amazing valentines specials your probably gonna fall in love with!

This weekend we’ve got Low Country Shrimp and Grits! A purée of shrimp, sherry, lemon and cayenne is stirred into grits, topped with mushroom conserva and remoulade served with New Orleans pickled shrimp. Also we have a new soup. Polish White borscht (Zurek). A hearty stew of kielbasa, leeks, potatoes, carrots , thickened with sourdough and topped with pickled egg, crème fraiche and dill.

Steak ‘n Eggs. 6 ounce flank steak skewer, skillet corn cake, bacon jam, chimichurri and 2 eggs all weekend!

We used to make this dish at an old restaurant we worked at. It’s so good! Salty and sweet and meaty! Burmese pork stew. Pork shoulder marinated and braised in soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal, garlic, ginger and caramel. Served over rice with a soy cured egg and a sunny egg and kimchi. We’ll have it for a couple days

This weekend we have a Croque Madame, a grilled ham and Gruyère sandwich on brioche but instead of regular mornay sauce we made a leek soubise and added Gruyère to that! Come get it all weekend!

We used to work at a couple of spots that were kinda famous for their radicchio salad. This salad is an amalgamation of those salads. Our ode to the radicchio salad. Treviso radicchio, creamy garlic-anchovy dressing, castelvetrano olives, grana padano, salt pork lardons and toasted chili breadcrumbs. All weekend.

Gochujang Shakshuka with house cured pork belly, saffron and labneh baked with 2 eggs. All weekend!

I didn’t have time to post this today but TOMORROW we have Pumpkin-Ricotta pancakes with candied pepitas and orange- cardamom whipped cream!!!
