Polestar Design

This beach community residence was designed for easy living for a young active family of five. The goal was to design an energy-efficient home that would adapt as the kids mature and the seasons change. The living spaces have been defined by ceiling treatments that allow for definition without barriers.

This project has been a labor of love for us, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make this family's dream home a reality. The house was designed to take advantage of the stunning views of the lighthouses, the ocean and it's beautiful coast.

This stair nook is one of our favorite places in this recently finished house.

The convertible dining space of this Modern Modular home, with its stylish retractable lights, easily becomes a dance space for its residents to flex their footwork at a whim.
