WTF PORTLAND!

The last two days have been nuts! Thank you! We are hustling early every morning to restock and offer what we have left.

We already sold out of bread & pizza today but there is still plenty of wine and groceries and merch. Bar is open! Grab a cocktail or two and come shop!

Hours are 8am - 8pm every day & Saturday will be our final goodbye. Come early to get what you want and need. We love you!

This is the LAST WEEK to enjoy & stock up on all things Cooperativa until we say arrivederci!

We will be open everyday (Wed - Sat) from 8am - 8pm. We plan on running out of everything so we encourage folks to come early in the week if you want the best selection.

The outpouring of love amidst our closing announcement has been so special ♥️ Please continue to share your stories of Cooperativa and all of your favorite things in comments and stories. We love you Portland!

It is with full, heavy and still proud hearts that we hang our aprons on September 3rd and say "Arrivederci!" to the community. Cooperativa was opened with the intention to celebrate community and foster connection over food, and we were able to do just that because of our amazing team, vendors and guests. As you all know, we opened during a time when uncertainty was the only constant. We have faced a multitude of challenges over the past two years of being open and have fought hard to survive, and after much thought and discussion, we have decided it is time for us to take some time and step away. Despite the challenges, we have also experienced great joy, great passion, great craft, great friends, great memories. It's complex, we are tired. We need to tend to ourselves and our loved ones (and nap) before we can see where Cooperativa lives on.

Our doors will officially close on September 3rd, but know that the next time you see the name Cooperativa, though it may not look the same, it will always be a labor of love. Our hope is to sell everything in house by the end of the week, and we hope you tip generously so the staff has a great send off. It is sad, and you will have questions, but we ask that this week be about the joy of Cooperativa. As the kids say, Good Vibes only.
