Civita di Bagnoregio is inhabited by only 16 people, only accessible by a reinforced pedestrian bridge, and called “The Dying Town” because of the eroding unstable foundation it is on. Next time you visit Rome, rent a car and visit this beautiful spot.

Day 10 of 10 “Senior Parent Challenge” Traveling with kids has always been a blast, and one of my favorite things. I often get asked about traveling with kids to less traditional family destinations. I say “yes, take them, go”. You will always find a way to make it fun for everyone

Day 9 of 10 “Senior Parent Challenge”. This image gives the best meaning to the saying “go jump in a lake”… to which one should always say, “gladly” & “woohoo”. Likely the most beautiful lake I’ve ever seen is Crater Lake. When you visit, make sure to take the boat to Wizard Island, climb to the top, and “jump in the lake” 😉 I nominate
