Finesse is the name of the game. We knew that the work on this 1954 would require the utmost care and caution, as in the wrong hands, these dry ice blasting machines are capable of some serious damage.
We can see here, how some patience and a VERY methodical approach paid off, uncovering a little scribble that appears to be initials, applied most likely to indicate approval during quality control. 70 YEARS of dirt and grime gave way to a beautiful little detail that speaks to the originality of this time capsule, currently in the custodianship of the son-in-law of its original owner.
