Did you know our latest project with , Unthank Hall, is named after DeNorval Unthank Jr.? After becoming the first African American graduate from the school's architecture program, Unthank became a renowned architect and pillar in the community, winning over 50 awards for his eponymous firm. We've loved working with the Workplace team at to help them create and furnish their vibrant new Portland HQ. Located on the top floor of the Galleria building, SERA's new office is ushering in a new era in downtown Portland with an enticing and agile work environment.

We recently wrapped up another successful project at . This time, it was a very special new residence building - Unthank Hall.

Unthank Hall's namesake, DeNorval Unthank Jr., was the first African-American graduate of the university's architecture program. He went on to become a professor in the school of architecture and design numerous buildings around the university's campus, in addition to working tirelessly for the Black community in Portland developing projects in the city’s minority neighborhoods.

For the Moda Tower hospitality lounge, our team worked alongside and to create a beautiful setting for tower tenants to come together, relax, and collaborate across companies.

We're loving the wave of hospitality lounges being created within multi-tenant properties - it's a great amenity to draw employees back to the office.
