I was so grateful to celebrate this Spring Equinox in community at the gorgeous 🛖 with the lovely This past year had been filled with so much healing, transformation, and magic for me personally, and I’m so excited to see how this new year unfolds. My heart is so full. I’ve just had the most nurturing, healing, life-changing experience sitting in prayer and ceremony with first psycho-spiritual retreat in beautiful Crestone, CO. My absolute gratitude to the entire team, who supported us all and held the most sacred container to receive the medicine and feel safe and supported as we journeyed inward to gain wisdom and healing from this sacred plant.

I am forever changed and eternally grateful.

I played at such a beautiful venue today…

The sanctuary at in Bingen is one of the most peaceful and grounding rooms I’ve been in for a long time. Not to mention the stunning acoustics, perfect for sound bathing!

Being in this gorgeous space built into the hillside really re-ignited the dream and vision I’ve held for so very long, since I helped build an earth ship back in 2010. From the bottom of my soul I dream to build a small cob village away from the city where we can retreat in community, reconnect with nature, spend time in round and organically structured spaces, and take care of our bodies, minds, and spirits holistically. Where we can see the stars, hear the creeks, and sing loudly with abandon. I would love to build giant aviaries for all of the displaced birds who need a place to call home.

I would make a sanctuary similar to this one at the very center of this village, where prayer, sound, meditation, and ceremony would take place.

This dream has never left me, but it has waxed and waned throughout the years. Sometimes it feels like a pipe dream… but when I step back and see just how far I’ve come already- I can’t help but think that just maybe it will come true.

✨⚪️✨I had such a powerful and beautiful experience building my own drum for the first time at a recent workshop Drumming is one of my favorite ways to create healing vibrations for myself. I’ve played a wide variety of instruments throughout my life, but drumming somewhat new to me - and that’s because one time in high school someone told me I had terrible rhythm and I should pick a different instrument… so I stayed away from it for a long time. Luckily, I found a drum that spoke to me and I had to get it! I was blown away by the feeling I got by playing it. It’s so powerful and empowering! Drumming is healing, and I love to share this story because maybe somebody who’s been afraid of the drum might glean some inspiration to go for it. You DONT need to have perfect rhythm. I’m so grateful to have learned this skill, and to have birthed my first drum alongside community; friends and co-creators. I made it with the intention to do some deep personal healing work with the mother wound, and after playing it for the first time, I can feel that’s exactly what we’re going to be doing. 🌀
