A typical workout might include shadowboxing, jumping rope, mitt work, heavy bag/speed bag work, defense drills, footwork drills, plyometrics, technique drills or sparring (not mandatory). Please check out our website for class schedules and pricing!

Not everyone gets into boxing to learn how to beat people up. A majority of people do it as an alternative to getting into shape running on a treadmill.
Learning boxing techniques can help improve quality of life in all aspects. This is one core of our principles at St Johns Boxing.
