Hi everyone!

I’ve been quietly dreaming about this for a long time…
and it finally feels real enough to share 🥹

This spring, I’m hosting my very first international retreat in Tuscany!

Even typing that feels surreal.

A few years ago I was just running local workshops and sound baths…
and now we’re gathering in a villa in Italy.

Life is wild.

It’s going to be small and intimate — just a handful of women — staying together in the countryside for four slow days.

Morning movement and Pilates
Sound baths at sunset
Homemade pasta and long dinners
Rolling hills and space to breathe
Time to actually rest and reconnect

The kind of trip where you exhale for the first time in months.

It’s a women’s retreat, and my little family will be there too (because… mom life always comes with me ❤️), but all of the practices and sessions are just for our group.

This one feels really special and personal to me.

✨ February Events ✨

February is bringing two deeply nourishing Hypnotic Sound Bath experiences, each with its own unique energy.

Feb 16 · New Moon in Aquarius · Downtown Portland
This one is extra special. While I’ll be out of town, hypnotherapist will be stepping in to guide the hypnosis, and Judi will of course be there leading the sound bath and holding the rest of the evening with care.
You’ll be fully supported as you settle into luxurious reclining chairs and blankets. We’ll move through themed tea meditation, journaling intentions, and then gently solidify those intentions with hypnosis attuned to the New Moon in Aquarius.

Our January gathering here was truly beautiful—everyone came in so open and willing to share, which created such a powerful collective energy. I’m really looking forward to continuing that momentum in February and going even deeper together. 🥰

Both events are intentionally crafted, full-service experiences meant to help you rest, reset, and realign.

At our December 6 event, we begin with a grounding tea meditation—a slow moment to breathe, settle into your body, and soften your nervous system before the deeper healing work begins.

From that first sip, we prepare you for a layered journey of:

✨ sound bath healing
✨ tuning fork therapy
✨ grounding acupuncture

It’s a full-body reset designed to melt the overwhelm, tension, and emotional heaviness that so many of us are carrying into the end of the year.

Yay!!! Another combination of modalities event is coming 😍

I did one of these events a year or two ago with my amazing acupuncturist in Sellwood, now we are bringing it to the west side; just off the freeway in Tigard! Another amazing acupuncturist and of course my favorite — December 6, 7-9pm!

A fun short story: the way I used to meditate was actually in my evening baths… I would feel the rise of my body as I took a breath in and feel the fall of my body as I exhaled… so adding in chimes, crystal bowls, and a hypnosis at a beautiful pool with a view… it’s going to be SPECTACULAR 🧘‍♀️
