This was a fun one! This 2004 Mercedes wagon was in rough condition when we got her. The previous owner had attempted to guess the problems by installing random mismatched parts. After we fixed all the issues caused by the previous owner, we were able to determine the true problem, which was clogged catalytic converters. The new owner decided to go with long tube headers with a 3inch exhaust. Definitely fixed the issue as well as made the car a rolling statement! This classic land yacht (91 Cadillac Brougham) made was in need of a little TLC. It was inherited by the customer after sitting for years. When she brought it in, it had a laundry list of issues, including running rough and no air conditioning. We were able to get it running smooth and blowing a cool 60 degrees out of the vents. It's TIME to talk about TIMING! This Mercedes C250 had a horrible rattling noise on start-up. The customer was worried the engine was about to fall apart. We were able to correctly diagnose the rattling to be a failed timing component.
