We process any and all wild game (deer, hogs, exotics, etc.), as well as domesticated animals (FFA, farm raised, etc.). We provide a variety of processing options and for your meat including but not limited to; smoked sausage, breakfast sausage, cutlets (steaks), tenderized cutlets, ground meat, ground chili, and roasts. To better accommodate you we provide a quick turnaround time, offer a 24 hour drop off at our facility, and offer a pickup/delivery service.
