Sometimes we get it wrong.

I’m at a point where I’m okay saying—my best face isn’t always on.
I’ve made mistakes. I’ve made bad decisions.
And yeah… I’ve learned from them.

We do get wiser as we get older—but life? It’s still complicated.
Some days are heavy. Some days are beautiful.
And some days we just get stuck in our own heads.

One thing I’ve learned…
action heals.
Movement heals.
Doing something—anything—moves you forward.
