Staffco is looking for full time experienced Heavy Equipment Operators (Forklift operators, Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operators, Clamp operators, Reach Truck Operators, etc) for several of our leading distribution center customers in the Savannah, Garden City and Pooler area.

The Heavy Equipment Operators (Forklift operators, Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operators, Clamp operators, Reach Truck Operators, etc) pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements as well as load and unload containers with the equipment.

Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery. Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.

Job Related & Physical Requirements:

Must have Heavy Equipment Operating experience whether is Forklift, Order Picker/Cherry Picker, Clamp , or Reach Truck Operators
Must be able to lift and/or pull 60 lbs by hand without restriction
Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

StaffCo is currently looking for Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers to fill full time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings with a leading distribution center customers in the Port Wenthworth, Garden City, Rincon and Pooler area.

Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar field and be able to lift more than 60 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Employees

Perform manual warehouse duties as assigned or directed
Load and unload company trucks, common carriers and customer vehicles by hand.
Ship and receive products according to company’s procedures and requirements
Assist in the maintenance of the warehouse facility
Serve on company’s in-plant or off-site emergency response team
Place hazardous materials or waste into appropriate containers
Requirements of the Warehouse Employees

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift 60+ lbs constantly for a 10 hour shift
At least 1 year of material handling experience in a warehouse or factory.
