Job Summary
Lead teachers are responsible for providing early childhood education to children up to approximately five years of age. If you have child care skills and know safety and first aid techniques, you would be a valuable addition to our team of dedicated lead teachers. We need someone like you, who enjoys working in an environment where quickly adapting to changing conditions and rapidly assessing the needs of young students are important and necessary skills. Teaching in an early childhood environment is great for people who love being around children and who have a passion for early childhood education. Qualifications

-Be at least 18 years of age
-Possess at least one of the following academic requirements or is willing/currently working towards one
TCC, CDA, AA, BS, or MS
-At least 1 year of childcare experience
-Must be able to pass a local and national background/fingerprint check.
-Two (recent) professional references.
-A desire to enrich the growth of the children in our care.
-Must be organized, nurturing and patient.
-Reliable transportation
-Flexible Schedule
-Great interpersonal skills, i.e. excellent communication skills; positive attitude; ability to work well with others, etc. Pleasant, energetic and must love children.
-This position requires cleanliness, hard work, and flexibility.

Kidz Choice is currently hiring for a full-time floater position to float and help all classrooms. We are looking for a responsible, dependable, loving and patient individual who has a genuine love for children. We offer a healthy, happy, and fun work environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous
childcare experience in a licensed childcare center. Individual must pass a federal background check prior to starting and must have or be willing to take CPR/First Aid and Fire Safety within the first ninety days of employment. Individual must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
