Is it just South Florida or is it everywhere? People asked for more money, we had to raise our rates like everyone else, but we now pay more than we ever have before. Still, no applicants. We bought company vehicles for our employees, still no applicants. We changed our ads to basically anyone that isnt on drugs, has a clean record, and doesnt have a criminal back ground.....still no applicants.
Where did all the workers go? Quality of work I see at other companies have gotten worse, restaurant prices have risen, yet service has gone down hill. Is everyone making a living off of Youtube and TikTok? Is it just in South Florida, or is it everywhere?
Does anyone have answers?

We are looking for experienced technicians.
To be considered for the position, applicants must have the following;
> No criminal record in any length of history
> Over 18 years old
> Have verifiable experience in at least 1 of the above trades
> Have a car they can use for work for 30 - 60 days
> Willing to be an employee and not a contractor
