Garlic Stuffed Prawns- With a beautiful garlicky, scallion, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce aroma. Perfected in a bamboo steamer. It's a great appetizer for an elegant dinner party, holiday, or even served family style like I've enjoyed in authentic Chinese, Dim Sum restaurants.

Add some outdoor Smoking to your Summer Fun! My version of Hickory Smoked Salmon spice rub includes dry wasabi, ground schezuan peppercorn, salt, garlic powder, brown sugar, maple syrup glaze. We made a delicious fish dip the following day. Had we not devoured the mashed potatoes, another delicious idea would have been to make salmon cakes as well with the leftovers. Salud!
