THE STRUCTURE OF THE CLASS IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Open every class with: Psalm 118: 24…”This is the Day that the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it!”
2. Exercises to warm up head to toe, stretch and strengthen the muscles. The exercises are similar to those used in Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Interpretive Dance.

Hi Everyone!!! We have some exciting news!!! Starting this coming Tuesday (October 9th) at 5:30pm-6:30pm at St. Andrew United Methodist Church - Childcare will he offered during ScriptureFit for all the mommies and/or daddies that may want to come and do ScriptureFit with us!!! We hope you will come join us for this weekly aerobic dance workout for the body and soul!!!
The class is in Andy’s Place (enter on the Mira Vista side of the church and the room is above the church library)
(Drop off for Childcare begins at 5:15pm)
