From stunning decor to an outdoor ceremony that was *almost* as hot as the day...thankfully, it was quick! Every detail was beautiful.

And once the party started? Let’s just say things got even hotter. A gorgeous couple, an unforgettable celebration, and a dance floor that did NOT cool down. 🍾

From the first look to the last dance, this one was full of love, laughter, and a party worth remembering. 🍾💍✨

Some summer days are just a little more unforgettable than others.

Things that went wrong this day are EXACTLY why you hire a coordinator/planner.

🔴 Light up dancefloor was installed in the wrong spot AND four hours too early...ceremony & reception were in the same space.
🔴 Florist had to wait for dancefloor to be uninstalled to complete ceremony setup, causing an even tighter timeline than already planned for
🔴 Bar staff was not ready for passed ch*****ne upon guest arrival
🔴 High sunlight in designated area for fashion sketch artists requiring on the go adjustments
🔴 Only 1 hour for a full flip from ceremony to reception space...including fully set tables & reinstallation of light up dancefloor & dj booth

When things like this happen, your coordinator steps in to make sure things get fixed fast. And the couple should never even know that it happened & enjoy their day stress free.
