✨ A little over an hour of driving, and a mother-daughter brow appointment! ❤️
This sweet mom and daughter drove over an hour to come see me for their brows.
For the mom, it was her very first time getting permanent makeup. Her daughter had her brows done before, but the color had faded over time, so she wanted to refresh them with Combo Brows.
Before booking, they took the time to look through my work, read about my services, and learn more about me. In the end, they decided to trust me with their brows.
It really means a lot when someone takes the time to do their research and is willing to drive that far to see me. ❤️

Trendy Brows vs. Natural Brow Shape — Which Is Better? 🤔
Just because a brow shape looks beautiful today doesn’t mean it will work with your natural brows later.
In permanent makeup, we can create many different brow shapes, including trendy ones. But here’s something many people don’t think about.
During the procedure, some natural brow hairs may be trimmed or removed to achieve the desired shape. Once those hairs grow back, they may sit outside the tattooed shape, making your brows look like they have two different shapes.
That’s why I always recommend working with your natural brow shape and hair growth as much as possible.
Beautiful brows aren’t just about how they look on Day 1. They’re about how they look after healing, when your natural brow hairs grow back. 🤎

✨ Nano Combo Brows | What Happens After Your Brow Tattoo?
Your brows may look beautiful on Day 1, but that’s not the final result! ❤️
One thing I always want my clients to understand is that freshly tattooed brows and fully healed brows will look different.
✨ Here’s what to expect during the healing process:
Days 1–3: Your brows will look darker, sharper, and more defined than the final result. This is completely normal.
Days 4–10: Mild peeling or flaking may begin. As the skin heals, your brows may look patchy or uneven. Please don’t pick or peel the skin.
Weeks 2–4: Your brows may appear much lighter than expected. Don’t worry too soon! The color can become more visible as healing continues.
Weeks 5–7: The color continues to settle, and your brows gradually become softer and more natural. For some clients, the final appearance may take 2–3 months to stabilize.
✨ Will your brows stay this dark?
Usually not! Brows often soften and lighten by approximately 20–30% during healing, although results vary depending on your skin type, technique, and aftercare.
A second session may be needed to add color, improve balance, or refine areas that didn’t retain pigment evenly.
Remember: Day 1 brows are not healed brows. Beautiful results take time, patience, and proper aftercare. ❤️

Have oily skin? That doesn’t mean permanent brows aren’t for you. 🤎
Oily skin can affect how brow pigment heals and holds over time. Because the skin produces more oil, very fine hair strokes may not always stay as crisp and defined as they would on drier skin.
That’s one reason Ombre Brows can be a great option for oily skin. Instead of relying on individual tattooed strokes, this technique uses soft pixel shading to create a more even, defined brow while still keeping the front soft and natural. ✨
And one important thing to remember: fresh brows are not healed brows. Right after the appointment, the color will look darker and more defined. As the skin heals, the brows soften and the final color becomes more natural.
There is no single technique that is perfect for every person. Skin type, natural brow hair, previous work, lifestyle, and the look you want all matter when choosing the right technique.

The goal isn’t to make every stroke darker. It’s to make every stroke belong there. 👀
With Nano Brows, placement matters just as much as pigment.
Each stroke has to work with the direction of the client’s natural brow hair — especially at the front, where heavy or poorly placed strokes can quickly make the brow look artificial.
Fresh strokes will usually look more defined at first. As the skin goes through the healing process, the color gradually softens and the strokes can blend more naturally with the existing brow hair.
That’s why I don’t judge Nano Brows by how dark they look on Day 1.
I look at the direction, spacing, flow, and how naturally the new strokes connect with the hair that was already there.
