Street bike season is never over. Just finished up a carb clean and rebuild on this very clean 2000 ZX9
The throttle would hang up and after diving into the fuel system. The carbs had multiple issues. Got them all worked out and synchronized and now no issues with the idle hanging up at 4000 rpm

It’s ATV season and older machines that are showing weird electrical issues one of the first places to check is the harness where zip ties are used to hold the harness in place. Over time they can dig into the coating and damage the wires especially if the area is tight and get stretched from turning the handlebars or other areas that have significant movement

The bike performed perfectly just a couple minor adjustments on the air screw and front forks compression adjustments and thanks to Cory from A-Ride suspension for making a fork tube height adjustment. She drank almost 3 gallons of fuel. Not built for mileage

Turn signal repair on 2015 KTM 350 EXC-F took some time to trace down the bad section buried deep into the harness. But got it repaired

Triumph 450 transmission failure. The motor looks like it is built to last but what a black eye. Plus with no help from Triumph at all with covering this major repair. Customer relations needs to step up and take care of there customers at the very least cover 100% of the parts.
This has become a widespread issue with this model and to my knowledge at this point no clear fix to the problem. Unless they are sending updated shift drums, shift forks, and shafts

This wheel is .005”-.007” tru with very little radial movement. Well within spec. I will continue to work on it to bring it closer for a smooth riding experience
