Ladies ladies....
Remember, when working on yourself and creating new journeys , look within to find what will make you happy and look above to get your strength. Never Never look to social media. You have the ability to open up your true desires and needs.

As a life coach who focuses on women empowerment, I am asked often how I can help them and what life coaching really does for someone.This is a great illustration.
While providing a safe environment, I am your accountability partner. We work through a creative process to help you work on different aspects of your life.

It's the small steps that create a transformation. I don't know about you but many who are trying to make changes, tend to look at the end goal. Let's look at what steps it will take to get to that end goal and focus on those instead. It will allow your journey not to feel so overwhelming and attainable. Here is a habit tracker that some of my clients are using to help them stay on track with the small changes they want to make. You don't have to fill up this page with 5 new habits. Use what you wish.
I am working on growing my relationship with God. Staying constant in the word. I use the habit tracker to keep me on track with my daily bible study.

Have courage my sisters

Wow...what an amazing Christmas season. If you celebrate 3 Kings day like my family or any other observances , the Christmas season is not over. Then we have New Years and Jan Birthdays.

That’s a lot!!! When we have so much going on, we tend to forget the little things. So , today let’s look at our daily life and give thanks.

Always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to our God and Father; Ephesians 5:20

Praying blessings over you in this upcoming week. May you guard your mind and heart.

Do you feel lost?
Do you feel like something needs to change but unsure what it is?

The wheel of Life is a tool that allows you to evaluate your life to give you an idea of what areas could use attention.

This is a tool I use in client sessions when someone has so much uncertainty.

It works best printed. Each category rate yourself 1-10. 1 being least happy with that area and 10 being most happy. Once you figure your number color in a circle on the corresponding line.

Once you have gone through each area then connect the dots.
Remember don’t overthink this.

After done think about the areas. Which 2 needs more attention. Do some of the areas shock you guys or were you aware?

You can’t change everything at once so list them in order of importance. And list different ways to change that number to a better number.

Happy hump day ladies!

Morning reminder to seize the day. You are strong and worthy for whatever you need to accomplish. YOU are Fearfully and wonderfully made Psalms 139:14

Nonnegotiable are things in your life that you need to get done. I focus on the things women want to do but never make it a priority. When these women are on the road to self discovery or creating new chapters in their lives, we focus on finding what these nonnegotiable things are.

My nonnegotiable is my Daily Bible study and working on making exercise my second.

What is or should be your nonnegotiable????

Fear can cripple you and hold you back from so much enjoyment and beauty in life. Fear is something of human nature and we all fall victim to it more often than we think. "Getting out of your comfort zone" has been a topic over the past month. When making decisions, we tend to worry about what others may think or if we will fail. In the big picture, it does not matter. What matters is trying, changing, and growing. We all can find ways of getting out of our comfort zone.
When we do, know that you are not alone. Our Mighty Counselor is with us always. Be strong and courageous. For the Lord, your God is with you and he will never leave you or forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Step out into Faith and know anything is possible.

Hello December! I can't believe we are in the countdown to Christmas and the New Year. This time of year for many is when the excitement and joy start to overflow. For others, it brings anxiety, pain, and mourning. Some people look back at the past year and reevaluate life choices, future choices, and what they want to change ( welcome New Year resolutions).
Life brings you through different seasons. Some seasons last longer than others. Let's face it, the ones that last longer sometimes are not the easiest. I am here to tell you to not lose faith. Even though you may not see it or feel it, God is working right now. Trust that he is preparing blessings for you, that he is creating new doors for you to open. Place your eyes on God during whatever your journey is at this moment. Have faith that what you are doing or want to do will come to fruition.
Stay strong and have faith!

GRACE

A strong word needs capital letters. This word has been coming up a lot in my life. The ability to give leniency to others is a strong value to hold. When dealing with more difficult people , I’m always reminded that my creator continues to give me grace and that reminder allows me to do unto others.

What about grace for ourselves? This tends to be hard because many of us are hard on ourselves.

This pic was take On Saturday. A day that I stopped and just enjoyed all that has been created. I realized that I have fallen short with my business and Facebook. I can give all the reasons why but then I realized it doesn’t matter. Only thing that matters is being gentle with myself and to now give my self the grace I continue to give to others.

Today’s reminder- give yourself the grace. Whatever it is that you are going through. You need to be gentle with yourself.
