Today we completed an inspection on a brand new home built by one of the areas biggest builders. The inspection took 3 hours because of the laundry list of big issues we discovered.
We offer phased inspections for new construction so that things get inspected as the home is being built.

So during an inspection today we came across this lovely Pittsburgh toilet! The only thing I see wrong with it, is that it needs an off set fl**ge. LOL!
