LGA was proud to celebrate the grand opening of the new Jordan shop-in-shop at Annapolis Mall alongside our longtime client, DTLR. The event marked the culmination of a collaborative design process focused on creating a distinctive brand destination within the store.

In partnership with DTLR, we helped bring the legacy of the Jordan brand to life through a dedicated retail environment. The design balances bold brand storytelling with clear sightlines, immersive LED digital displays, and flexible merchandising that draws customers deeper into the space while complementing the overall retail experience.

It was exciting to see the space filled with customers and energy as the vision became reality. Congratulations to DTLR and the entire project team on a successful opening and the continued growth of this iconic brand experience.

Members of the LGA team recently had the opportunity to attend the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium's Summer Safari: Zoorassic Park, the Zoo’s signature annual fundraising event and one of the region’s most anticipated summer celebrations. As a proud event sponsor, it was a great evening connecting with community partners while supporting the Zoo’s mission of conservation, education, and wildlife care.

The event held special meaning for our team as we continue to collaborate with the Zoo on projects that help enhance the visitor experience and support future growth across the campus.

Thank you to the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium for a fantastic evening. We’re proud to support the work you do and excited to see what’s ahead.

Bringing a conceptual design to life is always a rewarding milestone. While renderings play a key role in visualizing ideas early in the process, the true highlight is seeing those concepts realized after months of thoughtful design, coordination, and construction.

At American Eagle Outfitters' new headquarters at 63 Madison Avenue in New York City, the transformation from rendering to reality reflects the power of a clear vision carried through every stage of the project. Comparing the original design imagery with the completed spaces reveals how closely the finished environment captures the intent, character, and experience envisioned from the start.

Over the past few months, LGA's David Teufel and Gianna Southard, as well as a few other volunteers, partnered with NOMAPgh and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania to help lead an Architecture & Design Teen Council program, introducing students to the fundamentals of architecture, design thinking, and the many career paths within our profession.

Through hands-on mentorship, the students learned how architects communicate ideas, explored the design process, and developed their own renovation concepts for spaces within the Boys & Girls Club. On Wednesday, they proudly presented their final projects, showcasing creativity, critical thinking, and a genuine passion for shaping the built environment.

We're incredibly proud of Dave and Gianna for sharing their time, knowledge, and enthusiasm with these future designers. Their commitment reflects the impact our profession can have beyond the office, helping inspire the next generation to imagine, create, and advocate for the communities they want to see.

Thank you to NOMA Pittsburgh and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania for creating such a meaningful opportunity.

LGA had the pleasure of collaborating with our long-time client, American Eagle Outfitters, on their new Design Office at 63 Madison Ave., NYC. This project highlights the success that can be achieved through a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck, team approach.

The primary objective was straight forward: to bring all AEO brands: American Eagle, Aerie, OFFLINE, and Unsubscribed, & Todd Snyder New York, under one roof. Through extensive programming with end-users and daily collaboration with Workplace Innovation, Facilities, and Leadership, we customized a design that espouses efficiency, wellness, and AEO’s corporate vision. We utilized cloud-based Building Information Modeling (BIM) and real-time collaboration tools to ensure a thoughtful and highly coordinated design process. Today, we’re excited to share a view into our journey.

Spanning two floors and 83,000 square feet, the Phase 1 scope introduced impactful spaces that reflect a harmonious combination of each brand's unique character through forms, materials, and branding elements. Notable spaces include the AEO Board Suite, International office space, the Todd Snyder New York Suite, a versatile Townhall space with a Café & Pre-function Lounge, Visual Lab Stores (simulated retail stores), and a variety of touchdown areas for quick collaboration.

Phase II is nearing completion at the Bethlehem Haven Uptown Flats. Our recent site visit showed exciting progress since our framing was underway, with the new masonry veneer now complete and taking shape.

Designed to support Bethlehem Haven's mission, this project is such a rewarding one. The flats will provide 34 new affordable low-income housing units for residents in need. We look forward to the day residents can move into the thoughtfully-designed new spaces.

Clearview Federal Credit Union continues its expansion and modernization with its first entirely new ground-up branch prominently right along the Parkway West.

The project was designed around the sun-filled two-story atrium that fills the branch with natural deep light, with an upper-level meeting room dedicated to community and event gatherings. A defining feature of the façade is the channel glass glazing system from Bendheim, an uncommon material choice that minimizes glare during the day while creating a striking internal glow at night.

Material selections reinforce the design that sets the tone for a fresh, forward-looking identity rooted in clarity and comfort, and modern brand expression.
