Friday is a great day for a jump in the swimming pool. You will notice an increase in the humidity this weekend. Coverage of showers or storms looks spotty later Saturday into Saturday evening. There is a better chance of rain Sunday as showers and storms become more numerous during the afternoon hours. Shower chances likely linger Monday. Don't close the pool yet as 80's and sunshine return later next week.

The heat index is already over 100° in many locations shortly after noon. Storms will fire in this muggy airmass and some of them could be heavy. The heat index could exceed 105° before these storms develop. I'll have your forecast on our 4 & 6 PM News.
