So when the Dot Cake trend started taking over everyone’s feed, we figured it deserved the Shaka treatment.

The Poke Trio is packed with crispy truffle tempura shrimp, shoyu salmon, spicy tuna, avocado, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and enough color to make you think somebody turned the saturation up.
We didn’t.
Turns out when the ingredients are this fresh and the patio day is this perfect, nature handles the editing.

In Hawaii, “huli” means “to turn,” a nod to the roadside chicken stands where whole birds were slowly turned over open flames, soaking up smoke, caramelized glaze, and island sunshine. 🌺🔥
