🤝 Observe real-world careers in action and participate in on-site job shadowing experiences.

🚌 Build confidence in navigating the city by learning to use public transportation as a group to reach our host sites.

Evolve Coaching offers a social group for young adults seeking to build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. The curriculum is determined by participants' interests. Past topics include humor, dating, making friends, emotional regulation, self-care, and employment readiness skills.

We had a wonderful time at Social Practice: No Pressure Edition with Evolve Coaching and support from Remake Learning.
Youth practiced real-life conversation skills in a supportive, low-pressure space while also exploring mindfulness and regulation tools to help navigate stress and uncertainty in social situations. Several participants shared that they plan to use these regulation strategies during future conversations and interactions. 💛

We’re grateful for the thoughtful conversations, courage, and community that filled the space.

Making progress every day! 🙌 As we enter the final phases of construction on the Inclusion Center, our focus shifts to the finishes that will make this space a home.

Our remaining “To-Do” list includes:
- Insulating and finishing our professional recording studio and media labs.
- Installing a full teaching kitchen and laundry suite to support life-skills programming.
- Drywall, flooring, paint, and the installation of glass doors and windows that will flood our center with light.
