Grace Stone Mansion (historically known as Greystone Manor) is a newly opened, high-end supper club, luxury cigar lounge, and private event venue located at 401 Mulberry St, Scottdale, PA 15683.
The property recently underwent a massive, $2 million historic restoration spearheaded by owner Pat Hill—a former international fashion model who previously opened the nearby South Broadway Manor B&B.
The century-old landmark officially debuted its new look and concept in late summer 2026.
• Origins: Built in 1905 by E.H. Reid, a prominent local figure.
• The Foundation: The three-story limestone mansion was constructed on the site of Scottdale's original First Presbyterian Church, intentionally repurposing the stone from the church's foundation.
After sitting in rough condition for years, it was acquired in 2022. The subsequent multi-million dollar revival meticulously cleaned and relaid the original stone, preserved the original architectural millwork, and added period-accurate luxury furnishings.
The mansion has been converted into a sprawling, multi-room hospitality experience designed to feel like an exclusive, old-world retreat:
• The Supper Club: Features four distinct dining rooms serving modern, seasonal cuisine and elegant Sunday brunch.
• Bars & Lounges: Includes three separate bars helmed by master mixologists serving craft cocktails, bespoke spirits, and sommelier-selected wines.
• The Cigar Lounge: A premier, members-only space featuring three dedicated cigar rooms, private humidor lockers, and custom ventilation.
The estate includes a dance floor, a dedicated pool table room, lounge seating, and regular live music events.
• Memberships: While the supper club and events are accessible, the premium cigar spaces operate on a tiered membership program (Bronze starts at $29.99/month; Platinum is $49.99/month and includes personal lockers and discounts).
• Reservations highly recommended for dinner or private dining rooms.
• Parking: On-site parking and free street parking are available, though spots can fill up quickly during peak weekend hours.
• The facility features wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating.
