Every sprint. Every jump. Every rep.

Building athletes who can move faster, hit harder, and maintain it for 80 minutes.

The work nobody sees creates the player everybody notices.

Coaching is more than a program, it’s really-time feedback, precision, and accountability.

Always remember, through attention to detail results are achieved.

See for yourself how LEG1ON coaches train. We can promise you the difference is in the details.

6 Years. One Mission.

What started as an idea has grown into a community built on hard work, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of improvement.

To every athlete, client, member, coach, staff and supporter who has been part of the journey, thank you! Your trust, effort, and commitment continues to fuel every step of this process.

We’ve spent the last six years raising the standard. The next six start now.

Happy 6th Anniversary, LEG1ON 🔱

Progress isn’t one-size-fits-all, and strength doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

This is an example of different movements with the same intent.

Try a semi-private session today. It’s like a private session except with friendly competition. 😁

This summer, don’t just stay active, instead train with purpose.

Whether you’re preparing for your next season, looking to get stronger and faster, or trying to separate yourself from the competition, we’re here to help you take the next step.

Middle school, high school, and college athletes welcome. No matter where you’re starting, we’ll meet you where you are and help you level up.

Some days 100% looks like crushing a PR.
Some days it looks like just showing up.

Either way, we meet you there.

Our job isn’t to judge where you’re at the day, it’s to support you through it, push when needed, and spot you when the weight feels heavy both physically and mentally.

Progress doesn’t come from being perfect every day. It comes from having people in your corner who don’t let you do it alone.

Did you get into a fight with an octopus? No silly, it’s called cupping.

What can CUPPING THERAPY do for you…

Pain Relief and Reduced Muscle Tension: it acts as a deep tissue massage.

Increased Blood Circulation: Enhanced blood flow supplies oxygen and nutrients to tissues, stimulating healing and decreasing inflammation.

Faster Muscle Recovery: Athletes often use it to reduce muscle soreness and release tension in fascia.
Improved Range of Motion: It aids in relaxing tight muscles and improving flexibility.

Detoxification: By increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage, it helps remove metabolic waste

How do the “CUPS” work?

Cupping can be done using heat or a mechanical pump to create suction. The cups remain on the skin for 5 to 15 minutes, often causing temporary, harmless bruising, which is a normal result of the negative pressure.

Schedule your recovery session today!

Lungs burn? Good.

Legs burn? Good.

There is no negotiating with the sled!

Day 2 ✔️

After a great weekend of a lot of knowledge and a lot of reps, we’d like to give a big thank you to the Wildman Athletica team and Hephaestus Athletica team for coming back to the Burgh and delivering another high-level workshop.

Respect to everyone who made the trip, near or far, and showed up ready to work.

And to the LEG1ON team for setting the tone all weekend.

That’s a wrap! Now it’s back to our regularly scheduled programming!

Until next time…
