Inspired by Jorge’s love for peaches and coffee, this drink brings both worlds together into one refreshing and nostalgic spring cup.

You’ve seen him behind the bar, you’ve seen him at karaoke nights at Jackworth, you’ve seen him win the AeroPress regional but let us reintroduce you to Jorge, aka , aka , aka Chewie.

Chewie has been with us for over a year, but has 9 years total in the coffee industry. Usually, you’ll find him sipping on a cappuccino or making an AeroPress. (Ask him about his time in New York.)

One of Chewie’s goals for the year is to continue growing his knowledge, compete again, and do what he does best, growing a community around coffee.

Lastly, we asked Chewie a simple question: what does coffee mean to you? His answer, in one word connection. From the hands at the farm to the guest drinking Dynamic Coffee, we’re all connected to the same story.
