I’m excited to share that ThinkSync has been nominated as a finalist for the Pittsburgh Technology Council Innovation in Education Award at the Three Rivers EdTech Conference (TRETC).

This award recognizes organizations that are leading the way in how collaborative partnerships enhance learning outcomes, expand educational access, and create new pathways for student achievement.

What started as an idea to proactively support student wellness and safety has now grown into a platform making a real impact across Western PA and beyond. Seeing ThinkSync recognized for innovation reinforces the importance of the work we’re doing:

• Meeting students where they are.
• Strengthening communication and connection.
• Giving schools the tools they need to support the whole student.

I’m grateful for the schools, leaders, counselors, and partners who believe in our mission and continue to help us create meaningful change.

Reflecting on Last Week ⏮️

Grateful for the opportunity to present at the Staunton Farm Foundation: 2025 Rural Behavioral Conference.

The interest, and feedback from our session on student safety and wellness were incredible. It’s clear that this is a conversation our schools and communities are ready to have.

I’m excited about the future impact we’ll continue making — supporting youth and strengthening schools right here in Western PA.

Had the opportunity to sit on the 7th Annual Zero Su***de Awareness panel and share the impact that ThinkSync is making right here in Beaver County.

Our mission has always been simple but powerful: give students a voice, equip staff with real-time insight, and help schools shift from reactive to proactive when it comes to mental health and wellness.

In Beaver County, we’ve already seen the impact:

👉Identifying at-risk students early.

👉Create an opportunity for students to self-reflect & active journal.

👉Helping districts build safer, healthier school cultures.

The conversations on this panel reminded me of one thing: when we invest in the mental health of our youth, we invest in the future of our community.

Grateful for the opportunity to share our work, and even more excited for the continued growth and impact ahead.

The EdTech space can be demanding and, at times, head-scratching. But the smiles we see and the lives we change, and even save, make every second worth it.
