And that’s a wrap on our 2026 spring dodgeball season! Congratulations to It’s Ball Coming Back To Me Now! for winning first place in our end-of-season playoffs! Also a big congrats to Kevin Zuk for being awarded “Most Valuable Diva” by his team 🌟

Registration for the summer league is now open! We can’t wait to see everyone in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, keep an eye out for our open gyms!

Big congrats to Dakota Cannoy on being our Spring Week 8 Player of the Week! 🏆🌸

Dakota has been a strong asset for his team all season and continues to get better every week. This week, he successfully pulled off the quick throw off the run and put together another strong performance on the court.

A bit more about Dakota:

Why did you join 3RDC?: I joined because I was looking for a little more community as I’m not from the area. I was also looking for a fun hobby to do that would keep me more active.

Fun Fact: I have two younger brothers also named after states. Montana and Nevada.

Emily had a great week, being a strong corner and helping her team stay competitive throughout the night!

Favorite thing about 3RDC: Working on something until it clicks during a game and I surprise myself.

Sarah had an awesome performance this week, making key catches and outs while continuing to improve every time she steps on the court. Her confidence and defensive play really stood out and helped make a big impact for her team!

A bit more about Sarah:

Why did you join 3RDC?: I joined 3RDC at the recommendation of friends. I’ve been playing through Stonewall for a couple seasons and love to be competitive and thought this league would be a good challenge for me and help me improve my game!

Fun Fact: I was born on St. Patrick’s Day lol

It’s been a month since the USA Dodgeball Premier Tour stop at Hamilton, OH and I think we’ve all recovered (mostly).

We wanted to recognize all of the Pittsburgh teams and players that competed in the tournament. We had about 30 players from our league attend this tournament! Everyone showed why these other cities need to keep an eye on Pittsburgh dodgeball 💪 Shoutout to the women’s team Damascus, open team Steel City GOAT, and mixed team Steel Phantoms for all finishing 2nd in their respective divisions.

Congratulations to the Burgh Ballers, Damascus, Hunter’s Gatherers, Katch Up, Steel City GOAT, Steel City Sirens, and Steel Phantoms for a great showing! You made Three Rivers Dodgeball Club proud!
