Pre-grand opening get together for all the Contractors and vendors who helped in the development of Lolev Beer in the strip district.
We were honored to be invited and share in the experience.
LLG Engineering performed various structural analyses on the building and piping design for the glycol cooling brew tank system.
Customer is building house on soft soil (per geotechnical testing). Underpinnings we’re hydraulically driven into the ground down to bedrock. Underpinnings we’re capped and footer was poured over them.
Geotechnical survey determine soil was too soft. Area was landfill.
Vertical capped piers were installed on 8’ centers to support the footer. Piers were hydraulically driven to various depths (10’-18’) to solid bedrock.
