✨Makeover Monday✨this dingy basement in our first flip had remnants of a drop ceiling, poorly poured concrete from installation of a water mitigation system, empty space and cobwebs galore! We took that empty space and installed a 5x5 full bathroom, separate laundry area behind bi-folds, upgraded the floors with luxury vinyl, installed a storage cabinet to allow for extra space, and upgraded the electric & insulation. Now it’s ready to become a small game room or workout area!
