Just listed another Mt. Oliver gem - 600 Margaret Street! I can't get enough of this yard! It's not often you find such a nice house in the city with a large (and flat) backyard complete with off-street parking! The possibilities are endless! I'm thinking swimming pool, hot tub, summer cookouts, and lazy Sunday afternoons. Did I mention there's a wet bar in the basement??

I'm thrilled to share my newest listing at 224 Giffin in Mt. Oliver Borough! There's so much to say about this house. First of all, I love English Tudors, the exterior, including the landscaping and backyard, is absolutely stunning. The interior continues to impress with the large living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and huge master bedroom. I know I might be biased, but the location is prime. I love living in Mt. Oliver - there are new businesses moving in and more young professionals than ever. I love being so close to literally everything - Southside, Mt. Washington, Downtown, Oakland, I-79 & I-376, the greater South Hills, and even the Northside - I can be pretty much anywhere I would want to be in under 15 minutes.
