Here is a colorful crowd pleaser for your gathering. A little goes a long way on this recipe.
Rainbow Taco Bar: Cook the Adda Foods' Color Bloom Pilaf as per package instructions and cool completely. Keep one half the portion in blue and squeeze lemon to the other half. Assemble the two colored pilafs along with the protein, vegetables and garnish listed in the salad recipe along with warm tortillas as a buffet to create a build your own taco station. Serve with your favorite salsa on the side.

Here is a colorful side dish for your gathering. A little goes a long way on this recipe and it is a crowd pleaser
Rainbow Salad: Toss cooked Adda Foods’ Color Bloom Pilaf (both colors) with 3 cups of chopped salad greens, 1/2 cup of diced colored bell peppers, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup cooked tofu/chicken. Add salt if needed. Garnish with 2 Tbsps parsley, 2 Tbsps green onion, 1/4 cup slivered almonds or sunflower seeds for a nut free option. Serve with lemon vinaigrette on the side.

Here is an excellent dish for your New year's eve party. A little goes a long way on this recipe and is a crowd pleaser.
Thai Nachos:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In the meantime, spread tortilla chips on a baking dish. Top with grilled tofu or chicken or steak, and cheeses. Place in the oven and bake until cheeses have melted, about 10 minutes. Top with Adda Thai pilaf, scallions, guacamole (or chopped avocado) cilantro and sour cream.

One more crowd pleaser that is easy to make and feeds an army.
Thai Wholegrain Taco: Layer your choice of salad greens on a warm tortilla. Spread cooked Adda Foods Thai Pilaf on the greens. Top with fresh cut vegetables like radish, bell peppers or carrots. Garnish with herbs/cilantro. Serve with lime wedges or a light drizzle of sour cream.

Take this warm soup to nourish your bodies and your soul. Vegans, here is your warm equivalent of a chicken noodle soup.
Thai Barley Soup Serves 8
Stove top: Saute 1 cup of diced boneless tofu (or chicken) in oil for 2 minutes. Add the Adda Foods' Thai Pilaf and 2 cups of fresh vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, add 3 cups of water/stock, bring to a boil & simmer on low heat. Check and adjust salt level. After 20 minutes, add 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with 2 Tbsps of chopped basil & green onion.

Lettuce Wraps:
Mix the cooked Adda Foods' Pilaf with fresh cut vegetables. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the Pilaf and vegetable mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf. Garnish with your choice of salad toppers and roll it like a taco.

Here is a unique fried rice for an exotic sidedish.
Millet Biriyani left over as fried rice:
Stir fry about 3/4 cup of leftover Millet Biryani with sautéed onions, plain rice (about 1 and a half cups). Topped with toasted almonds and cilantro.
