Although Hearts Alive pulled back on offering its standing weekly Tuesday evening class, Soul Flow Pinole offers classes throughout the week including this new Sunday morning class.

Sunday Mornings just got a whole lot better! ✨ Join Jazzmin in Pinole every Sunday at 10:30 AM for an all-levels Hatha Flow Yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and deep mindfulness. 🧘‍♀️ Whether we are moving dynamically through a flow or slowing down to find stillness, this class is tailored to YOU. With unique weekly themes, personalized instruction, and the use of props, you’ll feel supported and safe every step of the way. What to expect: 🔥 The Vibes: A cozy 83° heated room to help you open up. 💪 Activity Level: Moderate to Vigorous. 🌱 Beginner Friendly: Poses and sequences are broken down for all levels.
