Russo Modular has extensive experience in factory-built structures which are approved by state specific Commercial Modular programs and are fully permitted. Our factory-built buildings are constructed according to the highest standards of each state’s building code. We also typically can deliver a completed project in an average of 6-8 weeks. We can use your specific plans or our in-house program, which allows us to custom design factory built modular homes or permanent structures across industries. We have zero weather delays in construction, since every one of our client’s factory built structures are erected in our large facility. We do not have labor, contractor, or skilled trade issues, as all our personnel at RJ Russo are completely trained and certified.

The second Town Pump Stone House Coffee Shots kiosk is opening in Bonner, Montana. Kalispell opened earlier this year, and the third location is now being installed in Bozeman.
Moving three locations through the same controlled building program is a practical example of scalable modular manufacturing. Each kiosk is engineered and manufactured at Russo Modular's Phoenix facility before being transported to its site.
Production runs alongside site work in Montana rather than after it. While one kiosk is being set, the next is already on the floor in Phoenix.

A scalable modular building program starts long before the building reaches the site.
Inside the Russo Modular manufacturing facility, electrical systems are installed as part of a coordinated building program. Conduit, junction boxes, and circuits are engineered, routed, labeled, and installed before the walls are insulated and closed.
Architecture, engineering, CAD, and production are coordinated before and during manufacturing. That coordination produces clean conduit routing, organized wiring for easier future service, and reduced field coordination.
The electrical work is one part of a larger manufacturing system. Engineering and coordination happen before the building reaches the site so the building program can be manufactured repeatedly across multiple locations.
That is how controlled manufacturing supports scalability.

Coffee in Montana. Manufacturing in Arizona.
This Stone House Coffee kiosk for South Kalispell Town Pump was manufactured in Arizona while the Montana site was being permitted. That is one of the advantages of commercial modular construction, and it is how Russo Modular develops controlled, scalable modular building programs.
By shifting work from the jobsite into a controlled manufacturing environment, we reduce field variables, improve schedule predictability, and deliver a building ready for installation once the site is prepared.
