Your finishes. Consistent. Controlled. Scalable.

Every owner invests time selecting the right finishes for their building.

Russo Modular was built to deliver those finishes with the consistency that only controlled manufacturing can provide.

Each interior is engineered, coordinated, and manufactured before the building reaches the jobsite, creating a repeatable process that delivers the same level of craftsmanship from one project to the next.

When manufacturing controls the process, quality becomes predictable.

Coffee in Montana. Manufacturing in Arizona.

This Stone House Coffee kiosk for South Kalispell Town Pump was manufactured in Arizona while the Montana site was being permitted. That is one of the advantages of commercial modular construction, and it is how Russo Modular develops controlled, scalable modular building programs.

By shifting work from the jobsite into a controlled manufacturing environment, we reduce field variables, improve schedule predictability, and deliver a building ready for installation once the site is prepared.

We are proud to manufacture in the USA and ship coast to coast.🇺🇸

Before it's a coffee shop...
our patented framing system does the heavy lifting — every building engineered and delivered the same way, to every location. When a project becomes a manufacturing program, scaling becomes your superpower.

When your work is building for coffee, you spend time in the places that built the industry. On the ground in Seattle. ☕

We brought backup.

The best conversations this week have been about timelines—brands ready to open, developers ready to fill sites and the gap in between. That gap is where we live! Find us on the floor today and tomorrow.

ICSC Las Vegas kicks off Monday. We'll be walking the floor — interested to hear what developers are saying about timelines, labor, and getting QSR sites open in 2026. Always a good week for those conversations — see you there!

In-House Architecture Makes Russo Modular Different — By Design

At Russo Modular, our in-house architectural team is a core component of what makes our Controlled Scalable Modular Building Programs successful. Unlike traditional construction models where design and construction operate independently, Russo Modular integrates architecture directly into the manufacturing and building process.

For operators building at scale, that integration is what makes a building program predictable — and scalable.
