We brought backup.
The best conversations this week have been about timelines—brands ready to open, developers ready to fill sites and the gap in between. That gap is where we live! Find us on the floor today and tomorrow.

ICSC Las Vegas kicks off Monday. We'll be walking the floor — interested to hear what developers are saying about timelines, labor, and getting QSR sites open in 2026. Always a good week for those conversations — see you there!

In-House Architecture Makes Russo Modular Different — By Design
At Russo Modular, our in-house architectural team is a core component of what makes our Controlled Scalable Modular Building Programs successful. Unlike traditional construction models where design and construction operate independently, Russo Modular integrates architecture directly into the manufacturing and building process.
For operators building at scale, that integration is what makes a building program predictable — and scalable.

Off-road access is disappearing across the country. This is the other side of that story — built on nearly 20 years of riders, volunteers, and land managers working together.

13 tons. One crane. One afternoon in Kalispell, Montana.
Last week, a Stonehouse Coffee Shots kiosk built at our Phoenix facility made the trip north — loaded on a truck, lifted by crane, and set onto its foundation at the South Kalispell Town Pump. No snow days for this crew.
This is what factory-built construction looks like in the field. Precision work done in a controlled environment, delivered ready to go.
