Griffins around the world recently had a great time through a panel where participants shared their journeys and valuable lessons, offering advice for young women aspiring to become leaders.

In the local offices, different events took place to celebrate the occasion. Check out all the pictures:

📸(4-5) Our colleagues in Bucharest received thoughtful gifts and had a great time preparing smoothies by biking!

📸(6-7) In the Scottsdale office, Griffins enjoyed a beautiful high tea. They served an assortment of delicious finger sandwiches, scones, fruit cups, and cookies; after lunchtime, they played a fun Women's Day edition of Heads Up; and they closed up by assembling bouquets to take home.

Griffins in Scottsdale went for a hike in Pinnacle Peak Mountain recently ⛰️

The weather was perfect, and though the bottom half of the trail was closed, they got a good hike in among the blue sky and rock formations.

How about we look back at the holidays? ✨

To wrap up the year, Griffins from all over the world had special celebrations with their colleagues.

📸 #1 Griffins celebrated in a cozy restaurant with their holiday jumpers and enjoyed a delicious late lunch in Ireland.

📸 #2-3 In Romania, Griffins had a blast with the incredible musical presentation of the Musical Griffins, a great atmosphere, and everyone's fun attitude.

📸 #4 In England, everyone enjoyed a fantastic night wrapping up 2024. Delicious food, the soulful sounds of a live jazz band, and the chic ambiance of the stunning restaurant made it an unforgettable occasion.

📸 #5-6 In the US, the Grifftones performed wonderfully, as always, and they definitely used the photo booth.

📸 #7-8 In Bulgaria, they celebrated the holiday season in style at a highly anticipated Christmas Masquerade Party. The event brought together mystery, elegance, and plenty of holiday cheer. The theme inspired everyone to show off their creative side.

📸 #9-10 Griffins took to the dance floor in France. With delicious food and an electric atmosphere, everyone said goodbye to 2024 and got a well-deserved break.

Such an amazing way to close out the year and prepare for 2025!

We are happy to share this special project by Ibelise Paiva, a very talented Griffin located in France. This photographic effort was inspired by her participation at Axway's Got Talent, where she shared a few of her artistic pictures. Now, her creations are displayed in the office at La Défense. 👏

In her own words: "I decided to create a cohesive series by blending the two projects I showcased during the contest: the bustling spaces of La Défense and the individuals who bring it to life. The result is a collection of portraits that connect my colleagues to the unique urban environment surrounding our office. And what better place to display them than here, with the stunning view of La Défense as a backdrop?"
