There are a lot of successful people in the world. There are a lot of talented people. There are a lot of people who can walk into a room and command attention.
What makes Dontay different is the kind of person he is.
It's hard to put into words, but everyone in the room felt it. His energy, positivity, authenticity, compassion, and genuine love for people are impossible to miss. He has a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome, valued, and important from the moment they meet him.
If you could bottle up just a fraction of the way Dontay treats people, the way he encourages others, the way he leads, and the way he genuinely cares about those around him, you'd have a formula for success in life.
Our students learned a lot from his words, but they learned even more from his example. Character, leadership, humility, resilience, and service to others aren't just things Dontay talks about... they are things he lives every day.
The truth is, people like Dontay are rare. Long after the accomplishments, awards, business success, and football career are forgotten, what people will remember is how he made them feel. He is the kind of leader, mentor, husband, father, friend, and human being that leaves a lasting impact on everyone around him.
We're incredibly grateful for the time he spent with our students and for the continued support he provides to Phoenix Sports Institute. The world needs more people like Dontay Moch.

With more than 20 years of experience impacting students from elementary school through college, Jodi has dedicated her career to helping young people build confidence, resilience, leadership skills, and a strong foundation for future success. Her passion for mentoring youth, creating opportunities, and helping students discover their potential has made a lasting difference in countless lives.
Known for her positive energy, authentic leadership, and genuine care for students, Jodi brings a powerful message about perseverance, personal growth, and the importance of believing in yourself even when challenges arise.
We can't wait for our students to learn from her experiences, insights, and commitment to helping young people thrive both in the classroom and in life.

Mr Todd Spitzer was in today to speak to the students about what it takes to be successful and happy in life and business.
Basically, it comes down to 2 things -
DISCIPLINE and GRATITUDE
It takes discipline to get the things you want and where you want to be.
You must show gratitude to the situations and people you encounter along the way.

Over the next few weeks at Phoenix Sports Institute, our students will have the opportunity to learn directly from entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and leaders from a variety of industries.
These conversations are designed to give students real-world insight into what it takes to build a business, pursue a career, develop leadership skills, overcome challenges, and create success through discipline, consistency, and hard work. We also want our students to understand the value of being a dependable employee, a strong teammate, and a professional in whatever path they choose.
We’re excited to announce that our first guest speaker will be Todd Spitzer , owner of Ion Jets and VYPER Fire. Mr Spitzer will be speaking with students about entrepreneurship, leadership, business, work ethic, and the realities of building and managing successful companies.
We also want to open this opportunity to the public. Any middle school or high school student is welcome to come meet Mr. Spitzer, hear his story, ask questions, and learn from his experience.
We’re grateful for the professionals and mentors willing to invest their time into the next generation. This is exactly the type of real-world exposure and mentorship we want our students to experience through PSI Life+.
