Biomechanical Restructuring is a technique that recognizes that the bones and muscles of the body need to work together in order to achieve maximum function and minimum pain. Classes are offered to professional body workers as well as body dorks that want to help people get better and stay better.

Please forward this to your bodywork dorks. We're having a lot of success treating post-Covid lung issues with this technique. Feel free to use it, just check bone density first and DON'T do this to anyone who has cardiac stents.

The December class is full so we’re offering a BMR1 class on January 29 & 30, 2021. Class size is limited to 6 students due to the pandemic. To register, call the front desk at 6023689880 or visit www.ValerieRevering.com to sign up. Masks will be required.
Heads up that all of the classes scheduled for the rest of 2020 are canceled. It's really hard to stay 6 feet apart when you're teaching bodywork.
Heads up that the BMR1 class originally scheduled for the middle of June has been tentatively rescheduled to July 17 & 18 due to the plague.
BMR2 coming up on January 3&4, 2020. Great chance to learn some advanced neck work.
