our founder built this product to be something the breakfast aisle stateside, genuinely didn’t have: a handheld pancake sandwich made with clean, sustainably sourced ingredients, water first, shelf stable convenience, and a texture that stays moist, fluffy, and flavorful. no dry “healthy food" over here (promise)!

every single pancake sandwich is the result of years of product development, food science, manufacturing trials, and believing breakfast should be easier, better tasting, and actually practical for real life. truly a labor of love and we’re so excited to keep sharing it with everyone.
