This set of parts was rough scanned and autosurfaced for a quick, highly detailed CAD model. Once assembled we located the exact location for the caliper and made a caliper bracket from the assembly.

We were asked to design a fixture table for aluminum . It needed to work for all of the company's frames; Standard single and double wide frames both 16.25" and 12" centers, guardrails, locate castings for folding and stairwell frames. A few weeks back we were asked to help a make a set of brake pads for a 2002 G-force . The calipers were made by but pads were unavailable. We the pad using our , cut backing plates and sent them off to brakes to bond a high temperature race compound.

We are working hard to get rock crawler ready for an event in a few weeks. When it came time to build the floor there was no time to waste. After a quick discussion we decided to the tubing around the foot well and design sheetmetal to fit. This also helped us make a bracket for the brakes and orbital valve. Once the area was we can the sheetmetal part, make a flat pattern for the then cut and form the floor.

Before we had our 3D scanner fully operational, we used the probe for everything. Now we commonly use the probe for prismatic machined parts and the 3D scanner for complex surfaces and organic parts. Both can be combined for the best of both worlds. This is a probe only AGB sequential 5 speed out of a car
