I did a thing last weekend. Cool, mission accomplished. Some of my biggest lessons from it are:

1. Enjoy the Process
2. Love yourself no matter what happens.
3. Be kind to others ALWAYS. We are all on our own adventures, so support those on theirs.
4. If you get a chance to do something cool with your Dad take the opportunity if that resonates with you.
5. Thank your beautiful wife for being so patient with you.
6. Remember this is not easy, and it's ok to not be perfect in your mind or anyone else's.

I am sure more lessons will come from it, so I will podcast about it tomorrow.
