Follow one of our crew through the build as this X LED wall comes together, piece by piece. What looks fast here took real hands and real hours,. This is what the work actually looks like from the inside.
For most events, the parts that matter most are the ones the audience never sees. The prep, the rigging, the systems, the crew moving before the doors open.
This is a look at both sides of that. The shows as the room experiences them, and the work behind them that makes it all look easy. That is the part we care about most, and the part we are best at.
We handle every detail. Load in to load out.
New L-Acoustics gear landed in the warehouse this week, straight out of the crates. And it is just the first of a bigger buildout arriving over the coming weeks.
Adding to our inventory is part of the standard. The better the tools in the shop, the more we can deliver on site. This is one piece of it, with more on the way.
This is a full general session, built start to finish on our warehouse floor. No show, no audience, no client in the room.
Staging, screens, audio, and lighting, set the same way they would be on site. We run the whole build here so that when it counts, none of it is the first time. The crew stays sharp because the practice never really stops.

When a show calls for a green room, it gets the same attention as everything on stage. This is the one we built for Lawall Communications .
Before anyone steps out front, they need somewhere to land. A place to meet with their team, go over the plan one last time, and settle in. So we build that space to be comfortable, quiet, and ready the moment they arrive.
When the people at the center of the event feel at ease, it shows once they are out front. That is why the room off stage matters as much as the one everyone sees.

Between shows, the warehouse doesn't sit idle. This week the crew spent time on LED panel repair, lighting rigs, and video systems.
ROE Visual came out to lead the session on LED, walking the crew through panel diagnostics and repair firsthand.
That is the point of a week like this. The gear gets tested, the crew gets sharper, and nothing about the next call catches us off guard. Readiness is not something you find when you need it. It is something you build before you do.

Every load-in starts in the warehouse. This crew packs it, checks it twice, and gets it back clean after every show. This week we got them off the dock for an afternoon on the lanes and in the arcade. Their hard work carries every show we run. This one's on us.

We previously showed this LED build coming together on our warehouse floor. These are photos from the show it was built for.
What started as panels and framing under our shop lights ended up in the room, doing exactly what it was built to do. The building is the part most people never see. The result is the part they remember.
The Martin Professional Roadshow came through our warehouse.
Our crew spent the day with the newest fixtures Martin is putting out. The MAC Viper XIP, the Aura Raven XIP, the Encore Two, and the Macula follow-spot system. Hands on the gear, working through the programming and the color matching firsthand.
Keeping our team current on gear is not a nice to have. It is the work. The first time we put hands on a fixture is here, in the shop, well before it shows up on an event. By the time it counts, the setup is already second nature.
