Your nervous system has different ways of responding to the world around you.
You may notice moments of feeling calm and connected, times of stress or urgency, or even periods where everything feels slowed down or distant.
These responses are natural and are part of how the body works to protect and support you.
With gentle awareness and simple tools like breathing, grounding, movement, and connection with others, many people find they can move back toward a greater sense of safety and connection.
You do not have to navigate this alone. Support is available.
