Twenty Eight Events

Last month we planned an intimate event for Lionsgate Entertainment at their HQ in Santa Monica ✨

The event centered around inclusivity and was the perfect blend of networking, presentations, and yummy f&b (of course).

Very grateful to have had this opportunity and be a part of the magic ! 🙏🏽

We’re working on the annual event for Triple Whale, The Whalies, and this one is going to be the best yet. 🎉 We’ve secured a venue with 2 different buildings on it, an outdoor tent, and a garden with a pizza oven. 🍕

Their theme is the Speed of Light and do we have some magic in store for this theme.

Can’t wait to share it with you all in May! 💡

I’m a BIG foodie and that reflects in the events we put on. 🍽️

I never want food at an event to be subpar because as a planner who has been a guest at events, what you eat can keep a person talking (in a bad way or a good way), so I always ensure the food is 5 stars. ⭐️

For this event, the client let me design a food hall in one of the rooms at the venue and it was a HIT! ☕️🌯🍓🥡

These might just look like black chairs to you, but to us, they're waves. They go with the theme of The Whalies New York, being transported under water.

When I say every single detail doesn't go unnoticed here at 28, it really doesn't. When I design an event, I think of everything; from the main entrance, to the chairs, to the way the bathroom looks.

Passion at its finest. 💙

We're so excited for 2026 and being able to continue to create magic for our clients and their guests in the form of themed parties, seminars, retreats, & more. 🙏🏽

Classroom but make it chic. 😉

My clients who work with me know I'm not a fan of classroom style seating. It creates separation, it's bulky, it's cluttered, and it's *usually* not needed.

But, if we ever have to use it (ie: heavy writing, break outs, use of laptops, etc.), I do everything to make it WOW. 🤩

Designing every aspect of the event is such a passion of mine. 🥹

I don't leave ANY part of the event untouched. From the moment guests walk in, they're immediately brought into a new world we've created for them. 🌎

For this event, we created an "information-themed" desk and it's definitely become one of my favorite check in desks to date.

As we finish off this year and are hard at work on our design decks for our Q1 & Q2 clients, the ideas just keep getting bigger and better. 😍

I will forever and ever be obsessed with this stage backdrop. Thank you for bringing the vision to life. 🥹

Looking back at this summer luau in Santa Barbara ☀️

The luau theme will never get old IMO. 😄 For this intimate dinner, we started with a cocktail making class and passed appetizers, followed by Hawaiian BBQ on the beach during sunset and a special performance to close out the night. 💃🏽

During the holidays, we slow down with attending events BUT we are making magic behind the scenes all holiday season long for our Q1 and Q2 clients. ✨

This time "slowing down" aka being home gives us the time to get creative and come up with new concepts for our current clientele with upcoming events and be ready to bring fresh ideas to new clients we get!

It's such a special time for us. 🥹

We don't just plan large-scale events... we make the intimate ones come to life (and cute) too! 💕
